Celebrity Traitors Final Episode Accidentally Made Available 24 Hours Prematurely Outside the UK

The final installment of the celebrity version of The Traitors was mistakenly made available by overseas distributors prior to its planned UK broadcast on Thursday, according to a network statement.

Reports indicate that the final was viewed by a few hundred viewers of the streaming service Crave in the North American country; they could view it for a short period until it was removed.

This installment being released was not a error by the producing network, and a spokesperson for the corporation asked those who think they have discovered the result of the show to "avoid sharing any reveals".

"We kindly ask those who thinks they know the ending of The Celebrity Traitors to hold any information they have to themselves," the statement said.

"We ask you to refrain from sharing any spoilers so that the vast audience who have been closely watching every twist and turn of the series can enjoy the finale this evening."

This celebrity version is currently the most-watched TV program of the current year, with an mean of 12.6m viewers across the initial installments.

Fans of the show have been eagerly anticipating to see whether traitors Cat Burns and Alan Carr will win the £100,000 prize for charity or whether faithfuls Joe Marler, Nick Mohammed and David Olosuga will be victorious.

A past champion of the third series of The Traitors stated that "everyone dislikes spoilers", which are "joy's enemy".

The winner said they will be settling in to watch the final tonight as it airs, with all of his family and "some snacks".

Thursday night's concluding installment is lengthened to 70 minutes on the main channel, with an longer version of The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked set to air on BBC Two after the final.
