Inspired by a set of short stories by the celebrated author, the series follows two unlikely heroes roaming the realms of Westeros. We meet a youthful, innocent but valiant knight known as Ser Duncan the Tall, alongside his small squire Egg.

Taking place in an age when the Targaryen family maintains control over the Iron Throne, the narrative offers combat preparation, jousting tournaments, and epic battles. Remembrances of the last dragon persist in the memories of the inhabitants, and significant fates are in store for these unlikely companions.
